You may return a product if it meets the following conditions:

  • The product was purchased from shop.newmomguidetips.com.
  • The return is initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original tags, accessories, and documentation.
  • The product is not in the list of non-returnable items (see Section 3).

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us: Email us at contact@newmomguidetips.com with your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for approval: We will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return address, if approved.
  3. Package the product: Securely pack the product to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Ship the product: Use a reliable shipping service with tracking to send the product to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Perishable items, such as food or formula.
  • Clearance or final-sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase).

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For credit or debit card payments, refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s policies.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.


6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us at contact@newmomguidetips.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.
